Welcome to the San Francisco Whole Foods Potluck

Our support group potluck is the perfect way to meet with like minded folks in our community and to support each other in healthful, whole foods eating habits.

We meet monthly for learning, sharing, connecting, fun and — yes! — food!

What are whole foods?

Short answer: unprocessed, unrefined whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruit, nuts & seeds, mushrooms, seaweeds, herbs and spices. See the FAQ for more info.

Why choose to eat whole foods?

Eating an organic, plant-based, whole foods diet supports health, wellness, and balance for your body, community, and planet.

Why a support group?

We are surrounded by industries and media centered around refined food. How much time do you spend with folks who choose whole foods?

A whole foods support group is space held in which to enjoy each other's company, give and receive support in facing challenges, and share knowledge, experiences, resources, and recipes.

When & where is it?

We meet in Upper Market, just five minutes from the Castro St. MUNI station.

Because gatherings are “held space”, please request an invitation on the RSVP page.
