Harm reduction
Just read two great articles (one, two) on a Seattle project to house 75 of the city's most alcohol-addicted homeless citizens. I wish more folks would get on board.

The harm reduction model rocks -- I'm always astounded when I hear of a program that doesn't use it, it just seems insane not to. This house is amazing, I hope it works.
